Overview

It is incumbent on every muslim Man and Woman, to gain knowledge of fundamentals of Islam. An unambigious concept of Tauheed, Prophethood and life after death is the first and foremost requirement of a muslim’s faith But without sincere study and true understanding of the Quran,Hadith and life of the Prophet (SAW),one can neither practice Islam as the best code of life,nor can one introduce Islamic ways of the life as the best civilization for the world.
It is never possible without true enlightenment of Islam.The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan has declared to lift up the standard of higher education in all higher education institutions of Pakistan to meet the challenge of global civilization. BS Islamic studies program is a commendable step in this direction.

4 years programme with total of 8 semesters. One year will have two semesters i.e. Spring and Fall semesters.

Eligibility

  • An individual holding an HSSC certificate from a Pakistani board or any equivalent certificate from any recognized institute with atleast Second division or its equivalent grades with Islamic Studies as an Elective subject at intermediate level. Selection shall be Merit Based.
